The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to drive growth and expand business opportunities across the VIC territory. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities across multiple hospital channels while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
Duties:
Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth & market share
Build & maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities
Manage & expand existing accounts
Provide outstanding customer service & support
Conduct market analysis & stay ahead of competitors
Maintain accurate CRM data & report key sales insights to senior management
Qualifications/Experience:
Proven medical device, capital, or diagnostic sales expertise
Strong ability to promote a varied & technical portfolio
Track record of exceeding sales targets
Excellent relationship-building skills in the hospital environment
Strong business development skills
Hunter mentality
Clinically astute (nursing background adv.)
