About the opportunity
The Analyst -QC Chemist will be responsible for biological and chemical evaluation of final product, intermediate products, raw materials, and production facilities.
Duties
- Doing routine testing of products – raw materials and finished goods
- Wet chemistry
- Titration
- Basic PH conductivity testing
- SOP and Test method updates
- Calibration of instruments, standards, controls etc
- Participates in process improvement activities/teams
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
- Experience in a laboratory environment
- Regulated industry experience, ideally pharma
- Familiar with GMP, data integrity
- Ability to accurately maintain testing records
- Ability to use computer systems for data entry and inquiry functions
- Experience in general assay preparation
- Strong scientific report writing skills
