About the opportunity
The Change Consultant will support the Project Sponsor and work closely with the Site Leadership team and other global stakeholders to deliver on a suite of project activities for the site.  The position will also act as coach to senior leaders to help them transition their teams and integrate change management activities within their projects.   

Duties
  • Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution
  • Monitor project progress and with the Site Leadership Team, set deadlines
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plans to support execution
  • Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and working with key stakeholders
  • Manage the change portfolio
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support communication efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery and management of key communications
  • Manage client and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships
  • Support and engage senior leaders
 
Skills and Experience
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment highly desirable
