About the opportunity
Based in Melbourne, you will be part of a collaborative and patient focused clinical and commercial team. In the role of Clinical Support & Education Manager, you will leverage your expertise and passion in physiology and anatomy to support and improve patient outcomes.
Ensuring optimal service, you will be responsible for attending surgical cases/meetings across VIC/TAS and manage key relationships with hospitals and surgical HCPs. The aim is to educate and assist clinicians with the implementation and usage of cutting-edge technologies.
Management of consignment stock and proactively sourcing and communicating clinical data across a range of products is involved, as is representing the organisation and portfolio at industry events.

Skills and Experience Required
- Infield nursing/clinical support experience, within Australia’s medical device market
- Ability to communicate technical data and discuss clinical cases effectively
- Ability to present to broad range of customers, within surgery/clinical setting
- Commercially oriented, with ability to develop and implement business plans
- Exceptional communication, with strong influencing skills
- Strong understanding of Anatomy/Human Physiology
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with commercial peers
- Flexibility to travel, including overnight
- Tertiary qualifications (Science/Medicine/Nursing or Business), essential
