Motivated to positively impact patient outcomes, our client is a Biopharmaceutical leader with an impressive portfolio & pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas. Having a strong clinical footprint, this company is continuing to expand their operations across Australia.

Due to their impressive growth & success across the ANZ market, they are now expanding their Commercial Operations team in Australia with this newly created headcount.




 
The Role:
In this newly created & varied role, you will enable this organisation to make more data driven decisions on projects varying from Sales force effectiveness. CRM, Sales Analytics through to Market Research initiatives that support upcoming product launches. Ultimately, your expertise will not only drive growth, but positively impact patient outcomes. 

Key responsibilities include:
  • Undertake Salesforce Effectiveness analytics (incentives, territories)
  • Conduct Sales analytics
  • Conduct customer segmentation
  • Provide market, competitor & brand performance insights
  • Deliver actionable insights from varied data sets
  • Develop dashboard, reports & visualisations
  • Partner extensively with internal/external stakeholders
  • Highlight opportunities for growth/improvement
  • Support planning processes with key cross functional stakeholders



Skills and Experience:
  • Proven Sales Analytics capabilities ess.
  • Local Pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Previous Salesforce Effectiveness Analytics exp.
  • Market research expertise adv.
  • Passion for partnering with key stakeholders
  • Desire to learn & expand skillset
  • Passion for developing efficiencies & automations
  • Team player mentality
  • Superior project management capabilities
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Proven Excel/Tableau/PowerBI/Veeva capabilities
  • Experience using Nostra/IQVIA data sets adv.
  • 'Can do' attitude
