The Role:

Join a Global Innovator as the Commercial Analytics and CRM Lead, pivotal in driving business success through detailed data analysis and CRM system evolution. Responsibilities include advanced analytics to enhance brand understanding, modelling for strategic tracking, and supporting sales force effectiveness. Lead the CRM system's management, training, and alignment with global strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse pharmaceutical data to enhance brand understanding and market insights.

  • Develop analytical models to track brand strategic objectives.

  • Support Commercial Excellence Manager and Brand Team with ad-hoc requests.

  • Prepare and present reports on sales force effectiveness.

  • Lead quarterly sales incentive calculations.

  • Manage CRM system evolution and alignment with global colleagues.

  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.



Skills & Experience

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency

  • VEEVA systems experience, required 

  • Pharma industry or Medical Device industry experience

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources, IQVIA sales data

  • Exceptional communication and business partnering abilities

  • Strong autonomy and time-management skills

  • Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Previous exposure to data visualisation tools, ideally Power BI

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Knowledge of sales force effectiveness practices
