This global health care brand is well known in their field of expertise. Their focus is now on expanding their impact on Australian patients and they are seeking an experienced Commercial Analytics Manager to lead their team.




About the opportunity

Reporting to the ANZ lead, you will manage a team of talented & engaged Analysts. You will be tasked with enhancing Salesforce effectiveness capabilities, leading change management functions, enhancing Commercial Analytics capabilities and supporting the business’ evolution into a data driven organisation. You will partner with leadership team members across both the ANZ business and the Regional team, ensuring alignment of analytics capabilities. You will oversee sales incentive programs, market research capabilities, collaborate with divisional leaders to create a superior training regime and promote process improvements & best practise. You will partner with Supply Chain on forecasting and manage relationships with external channel partners.

The insights delivered by your team will be critical to multiple product launches that will positively impact patients across Australia.




Skills and Experience

  • Local Pharmaceutical experience essential

  • Superior project management skills

  • Experience using tableau, PowerBI, Excel & Veeva ess.

  • Superior communication skills
