The Role:

Join a high-performing marketing team as a Communications & Digital Marketing Manager, playing a crucial role in leading digital marketing initiatives, managing CRM platforms, and creating engaging content. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in campaign execution, digital content creation, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help enhance the organisation’s reach and visibility.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Manage digital campaigns (social media, email, website)
  • Oversee website content, SEO, and user experience
  • Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, event collateral)
  • Utilise CRM for audience segmentation and automation
  • Copy & Proofing oversight for Marketing Content
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and agencies
  • Represent the organisation at industry events
  • Ensure marketing materials meet regulations and brand guidelines


Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven digital marketing & communications marketing experience
  • Strong digital marketing expertise across web, social media, and email platforms
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofing skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean environment with a hands-on approach
