About the Role:

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders including hospitals, purchasing departments, medical professionals, and supply chain partners. You'll manage customer enquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, SMS) and handle end-to-end order processing using SAP and Zendesk systems.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and ensuring accuracy in everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Process and manage sales orders through CRM systems (SAP & Zendesk)
  • Liaise with warehouse teams to meet customer shipping expectations
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and backorders
  • Ensure data accuracy across inventory, pricing, and customer records
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Inventory, Logistics, Finance) to deliver exceptional service
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
  • Comply with quality, OHS, and internal SOP requirements

What You Bring:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP and/or Zendesk highly regarded)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Typing speed of at least 30 wpm with 95% accuracy
  • Prior experience in healthcare, logistics or customer care environments preferred
