Our client is a leading designer, maker and marketer of goods and systems for use in acute and chronic respiratory care, surgery, and the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea.
 
About the opportunity
The Customer Care Representative will capture and process customer complaints, inquiries, and requests. Additionally, provide technical support to use company products ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards and customer satisfaction.
 
Duties
  • Manage incoming calls to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Receive, validate, and process customer complaints and claims via phone, email and fax
  • Investigate and resolve customer product complaint issues and queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Source product information and resources to assist with troubleshooting for customers
  • Assist and resolve sales representatives’ queries and requests to provide successful outcomes
  • Resolve inconsistencies with Serial & Batch Numbers
  • Follow SOP’s regarding the unpacking, handling, and storage of used products
  • Liaise with freight companies and internal warehouse to track product returns, transits, and provide customers with updates on estimated delivery times
  • Track and trace as needed to follow-up receipt of overdue devices
  • Liaise with the internal warehouse with the advisement of the preparation and packing of returned product for shipment to NZ office
  • Process claims and credits to meet company policy and customer requirements and manage returned stock data
  • Entering, processing, and closing product complaints, claims, and controlled returns into system

Skills and Experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in using SAP is a must
  • Healthcare experience is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate initiative and proactivity
  • General technical skills; demonstrated skills in standard computer applications including MS Office
