About the opportunity

Because of you, laboratories & pathologies will be meeting Quality Control & Assurance regulatory requirements...

As a Customer Relations and Business Specialist, you will be responsible for the direct sales of our client’s Quality Assurance products and services. Targetted clients include Pathologies and Laboratories across ANZ.

In this position, you will enjoy building and maintaining your customer base and pride yourself on your superior customer service and sales skills. Your aim is to manage each customer’s enquiry with an aim to sustain revenue growth.

This position will also support marketing responsibilities.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven telephonic and infield sales accomplishments within Australia’s diagnostic/Lifescience science industry
  • Understanding of Australia’s laboratory / pathology setting
  • Ability to identify, build and maintain effective business relationships
  • Proven ability to sell a product and aligned service
  • Comfortable managing high volume of inbound/outbound calls
  • Business savvy, with an Ability to Develop, Implement & Monitor territory / business action plan
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Flexible to travel, approx. quarterly trips to attend company and industry conferences
  • Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Science, Diagnostic, Lifescience discipline preferred
