About the opportunity 
In your new Customer Service Representative role, you will report directly to the Distribution & Customer Care Manager. This is a unique, standalone role, working as the Customer Service Representative for the client but within another organisations facility.
You will be required to have excellent communication skills acknowledging patients orders via email and display high attention to detail, ensuring patients have access to medication. Ability to problem solve and work cohesively with hospitals, sales representatives, 3PL  and patients. Be genuinely committed to patient and customer satisfaction and you will grow and advance your career. 
 
Duties 
  • Acknowledge and process patients orders via email and phone, processing credits and returns in JDE.
  • Track and trace orders - regularly in communications with warehousing and 3PL.
  • Use your strong product knowledge, healthcare experience and ability to problem solve to ensure successful patient outcomes.
  • Reporting on fulfilment and stock availability for customers and commercial teams.
  • Liaise with medical practitioners and other stakeholders responsible for patient care 

 
Skills and Experience 
  • Autonomous working style is a must have for this position. Please do not apply if you haven't had to work in a standalone role previously.
  • Customer Service experience in Pharmaceutical/FMCG/Healthcare organisation 
  • High emotional maturity, and ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • ERP order processing experience is highly desirable - JDE ideal.
  • Excellent attention to detail - checking stock takes, coordinating orders with the demand & supply teams.
  • Clear and concise communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to problem solve and implement changes.
  • Pharmacy experience or Science Degree is desirable
