About the opportunity 
A maternity leave cover for a 12 month contract, you will be joining a highly collaborative small team of 4 Customer Service Representatives servicing public and private hospitals Australia wide. Processing orders for products and loan kits, the ideal candidate is adept with the Australian healthcare system, understanding the urgency of patient on table scenarios that do arise.
 
Duties 
  • Support the order to cash process effectively, through exceptional customer service, including administering order fulfilment using an ERP system and supporting case and consignment field inventory requirements ie inventory fulfilment, logistics, returns and stock dispositions.
  • Provide support and fulfill internal and external customer’s queries via phone, email and systems including eCommerce platforms, ERP, CRM, event management systems.
  • Understand, track, trace and investigate loan kits.
  • Serve as a liaison to enable effective sales interactions between the internal & external customer.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner with each customer interaction.
  • Identify opportunities proactively for business process improvements resulting in better efficiency and enhanced quality of our services.
  • Perform additional ad hoc activities as deemed necessary to support the business.
  • Execute effectively in high pressure situations.
  • Comprehend, recall, and explain complex transactional information to customers.

 
 
Skills and Experience 
  • Customer service experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Oracle experience highly desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities.
