About the opportunity
 
In your new customer service role you will report to the customer service team lead working as part of a team of 8 customer service representatives.  In your new job you will be required to talk directly with health care professionals and patient's, managing a high level of communication regarding product enquiries, general repairs, returns and order eta's. Previous order processing and contact centre experience is required.  You will be a part of a friendly and vibrant team, which strives on building relationships both internally and externally.
 
 
Duties
 
Your daily duties would include:
  • Taking inbound phone calls and emails from customers.
  • Raising cases and processing orders in Novision.
  • Talking direct to medical professionals & patients. 
  • Maintain communication across manufacturing, inventory sales and customer service functions.
  • Talking direct to patients when required, being the first point of contact

 Skills and Experience
  • At least two year in a Customer Service Representative role in the Pharmaceutical and Medical industry or out of industry order processing experience.
  • Audiologist experience is high desirable.
  • Strong communications skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer literate with experience with Internal processing systems
