About the opportunity

Our client is seeking a Customer Support Representative to continue to support their clients and consumers across the WA market.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring an unbelievable customer service experience, through their contact channels, generating speedy and confident solutions to their customers' needs, providing an end-to-end engagement process, powerfully impacting customer satisfaction and profit growth.


Responsibilities
  • Accountable for assisting our customers with all requests related to a service, product queries, questions and opportunities.
  • Guarantee customer a high level of satisfaction through end-to-end follow-up of requests, making contacts with related areas when necessary to resolve the customer query.
  • Interacting with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails and webchat on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to support consumers, dentists, and orthodontists.
  • Problem Solve, with the ability to resolve challenges swiftly and efficiently by identifying the root cause.
  • Ensure each customer interaction is accurately documented in our Customer Relationship System through generating a task for assignments, follow ups, notes, or upon resolution of an engagement.
  • Research information to answer enquiries from customers and share learning with departmental peers and management.
  • Develop complete knowledge of their products and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify potential cross-sell opportunities and forward them to the appropriate member of the sales team.

Skills and Experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in customer service, customer support or customer experience roles; preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Passion for customer service, a real people person!
  • Provide a superior customer care offering through building trust, rapport, and empathy.
  • Ability to identify customer-focused solutions, prioritizing customer needs and working to delivery solution-based assistance
  • Brilliant organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Persuasive and confident speaker, clear communicator with active listening skills.
  • Affinity with technology, agile thinking and ability to always be learning.
  • Digitally savvy with excellent working knowledge of CRM Systems, MS Office Suite, which includes Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, One Drive and SharePoint.
