About the opportunity
A unique opportunity reporting into the Supply Chain Manager and managing the pharmaceutical wholesale relationships from a supply chain perspective. This is not a sales role, this is a role where you will be the interface between the company and the wholesalers. You will be responsible for implementing processes and best practice to maximise these relationships. 

Duties

• Develop cross functional distribution channel management strategies and execute these strategies for wholesalers and key buying groups

• Implement external S&OP meetings allowing more visibility

• Implement review meetings to ensure maximising the relationship

• Understand their inventory strategies, policies and any changes to warehouses and distribution

• Lead supply chain projects relevant to the different wholesalers

• Map and analyse networks, trends, data and ecosystems and secure market supply towards patients

• Drive deeper integration with their customers from a technical and business perspective

• Increase operational efficiency and reduce costs where possible

• Collaborate internally with key stakeholders

Skills and Experience

• Solid experience working in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on supply chain

• Experience managing relationships with pharmaceutical wholesalers or working in a pharmaceutical wholesaler would be advantageous

• Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to influence

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• The ability to drive progress and lead projects
