About the opportunity
Reporting into the recently appointed CFO, this role will drive the function for ANZ to ensure they are globally aligned. You will be the contact person for administrative matters concerning environmental health and safety issues, field force safety management, security, crisis management and working to ensure EHS Management System and programs are established, documented and implemented. 

Duties

  • Manage a team of 3 including 2 receptionists and  an EHS Specialist

  • Develop and maintain company security program, policies and procedures

  • Administer all procedures and operations of the contract security within ANZ

  • Provide input on renewal of contracts and ensure compliance of security procedures and systems

  • Perform audits to ensure compliance

  • Point of contact for all facilities management issues 

  • Work on sustainability projects

  • Support and coordinate security staff

  • Manage the Occupational Health and Safety program

  • Provide training as necessary for security

  • Lead systems initiatives



Skills and Experience

  • Qualifications in Security Management, Business of equivalent

  • Solid experience working in Security Management

  • Knowledge of Corporate Security and EHS Standards

  • Experience in security, EHS and Facility Management 

  • Strong stakeholder management experience 

  • Ability to influence

  • Leadership experience or desire to lead a team

  • Passionate and motivated
