About the opportunity As a Hospital Sales Representative your role is pivotal in promoting to and reinforcing relationships with stakeholders with key accounts across Sydney. You'll collaborate with Specialists, aligned customers, Pharmacy Directors, and Nurses in Hospitals across NSW, expanding patient access to life changing therapies. You will focus on education and training to ensure effective product utilisation. You will lead account planning, reviews, and identify new business opportunities, partnering closely with Key Opinion Leaders.
Duties
Build / maintain positive relationships with Specialists
Identify and cement KOL business relationships
Partner with key accounts to identify further business opportunities & services
Educate HCP’s on clinical benefits of products
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the therapy area and patient journey
Collaborate with cross functional team members and develop regional plans
Skills and Experience
Local Pharmaceutical Sales experience ess.
Experience across Immunology adv.
Proven ability to communicate clinical data ess.
Superior commercial & business expertise
Skilled in developing and maintaining relationships
Collaborative mindset
