About the opportunity

As the Hybrid Sales Representative you will play a key role in promoting a reputable and market leading  portfolio to GPs, Specialists and associated Healthcare professionals across your territory. You will develop strong relationships, respond to customer queries, develop, and execute robust territory business plans and achieve sales targets. There are growth plans for the team aligned to upcoming product launches, with the role expanding to include hospital account management responsibilities in the next 12 months.

 
 
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting products to targeted customers
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of disease area, products, competitors, and market developments in the relevant disease state area
  • Develop detailed territory business plans, based on territory analysis to meet objectives within the geographical area
  • Develop KOLs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within a timely manner
  • Develop solid relationships with account & District Health board stakeholders
 


 
Skills and Experience


  • Tertiary Qualifications in Science, Business or related discipline ess.
  • Proven Sales experience, Pharmaceutical adv.
  • Superior territory & account planning capabilities
  • Proven experience navigating District Health Boards
  • Proven ability to develop KOLs
  • Solid commercial & business acumen
  • Collaborative & team player work style
  • Passion to ‘do better & be better’
  • Agile & flexible
  • Motivation to drive positive patient outcomes
