In this newly created role, they are seeking a driven and strategic new team member to take a fresh approach to the NSW healthcare landscape and work alongside other team members to drive the key account management capabilities within the business in this newly created role.
 
 


The Role:
As Key Account Manager, you will partner with Healthcare Professionals across the New South Wales territory, both across the public hospital & private clinic settings, ensuring they are informed & educated on this revolutionary portfolio allowing them to support their patients better; drastically improving patients’ quality of life. You will map out all relevant account stakeholders, tailoring your approach accordingly; ensuring value is added at every touch point.
You will:
  • Develop superior knowledge of disease state & product portfolio
  • Develop in-depth relationships with account stakeholders
  • Communicate clinical information & data; enabling customers to address unmet patient needs
  • Achieve Sales targets via strategic management of your territory
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders; contributing to team success
  • Strategically manage your budget ensuring maximum ROI on events & meetings you deliver

 


Your Skills & Background:
  • Tertiary qualifications pref. Science, Nursing, Business
  • Proven local Pharmaceutical Sales experience
  • Proven key account management expertise
  • Specialty Pharmaceutical portfolio sales experience adv.
  • Passion for driving better health outcomes
  • Proven ability to exceed KPIs & Sales targets
  • Passion for communicating clinical information effectively
  • Existing relationships with NSW hospital stakeholders adv.
  • Flexible, adaptable, growth mindset, displayed learning agility
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Motivation to drive positive patient outcomes essential
