With an expanding portfolio across multiple channels and a strong reputation for internal development, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Marketing Lead to join their team. The Role: As the Marketing Lead, you will take full ownership of strategic marketing initiatives, driving growth and adoption of innovative products. This role focuses on B2B digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion, while also enhancing digital presence across various channels. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and in-country marketers to execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across the region. Duties:
Develop & execute B2B marketing strategies for lead generation & conversion.
Design & implement messaging strategies to enhance brand positioning.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives for multiple channels inc. socials.
Partner with Sales & Technical teams.
Collaborate with regional marketing teams.
Own all agency activity.
Manage forecasting & inventory planning.
Qualifications/Experience:
Proven track record in B2B marketing within the MedTech industry.
Strong digital marketing expertise.
Skilled in lead generation & conversion strategies.
Experience in APAC regional marketing adv.
Excellent partnering capabilities with internal & external stakeholders.
Strong market research & analytics capabilities.
Experience in forecasting, pricing, & inventory management.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Agile, analytical, & results driven.
