About the opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, as a Medical Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting our client's market leading portfolio to General Practitioners across Sydney's Metro South, Wollongong, and South Coast regions. This position is being offered at 3 days per week. 



Responsibilities
  • Increase product sales and drive market share
  • Conduct necessary educational activities 
  • Meet sales call requirements
  • Organise and host events like dinner presentations and luncheons
  • Collaborate effectively with the territory team to achieve collective success
  • Become an expert in the therapeutic area, product and market
  • Create proactive territory business plans
  • Be adaptable and proficient in understanding the most recent clinical information for your portfolio
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a high level of clinical and professional expertise

 
Skills & Experience required
  • Tertiary qualifications (Science/Medicine or Business)
  • Proven Pharmaceuticals sales experience, highly regarded 
  • Strong Commercial & Clinical acumen
  • Previous Sales experience, required for first-time entrants into Pharmaceuticals 
  • Field sales/territory management experience adv.
  • Superior communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously & collaboratively  
  • Full drivers license
