About the Opportunity:

In the role of National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a national team of Sales Representative across our client’s Central Nervous System portfolio.

Reporting into the Commercial Director and working in cross-collaboration with an external salesforce company, you will lead and manage a highly capable sales team through change management to implement commercial successes.

Displaying a genuine focus on customer and patient care,  you will thrive for excellence, as you also take the lead in execute various digital and omni-channel marketing projects.

Showcasing a flexible working culture, this position may be based in either NSW / VIC / QLD.


Proven Skills & Experience:

  • Leadership successes in managing team of pharmaceutical Sales Reps, ideally across Primary Care 

  • Results driven - activity is focused on achieving positive patient and financial outcomes

  • Demonstrated successes in enhancing and optimizing's team culture 

  • Experience aligned to digital marketing, highly regarded

  • Superior skills in stakeholder management at all levels

  • Experience/Exposure to field of CNS, highly regarded

  • Tertiary Qualification (Health related, Science and/or Business) preferred
