About the opportunity
A great opportunity for you to lead a team of experienced managers and provide support. This is a hands on role where you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. There is opportunity to improve current work processes and as this company is growing there will be many great projects to get involved in. 
 
Duties

• Manage 3-4 direct reports and around 20 indirect reports
• Relationship building both internally but also with clients with an opportunity to be client facing
• Performing analytics and reporting for supply chain 
• Strategic planning for inventory and consignment stock
• Engage with and manage distributors
• Participate in operational and strategic planning

 
Skills and Experience

• Experience in a similar role managing a team within operations
• Ideally experience within the pharmaceutical, medical or FMCG industries 
• Excellent stakeholder engagement experience
• Strong experience in project management and continuous improvement
• Analtyical skills 
• Experience in budget development
