Our client is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of healthcare products and systems for use in respiratory care, acute care, and the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. Their aim is to consistently develop innovations to improve patient care and developed world-wide distribution for these products.
The Opportunity
HPG is partnering exclusively to identify a dynamic and commercially focused Product Manager to join our client’s Melbourne headquarters. Managing new product launches, this pivotal role offers an opportunity to drive growth and commercialisation of their Respiratory Homecare portfolio.
With an aim to continue contributing to market share growth, you will action commercial marketing activities to support the adoption of the company’s sleep apnea technologies across Australia's various Healthcare and Retail channel.
The successful marketer will also seek to develop and maintain robust market business relationships to foster relationships with customers to boost brand loyalty and market presence.
Team oriented, you will be resourceful by nature and thrive on building a strong brand for yourself and your organisation.

- Strategic marketing expertise, from concept through execution
- Product launch and new product introduction (NPI)
- Digital marketing proficiency, highly valued.
- KPI-focused campaign management + content creation
- In-market B2B relationship management capabilities
- Understanding of healthcare market
- Strong cross-functional and collaboration capabilities
- Tertiary degree: Marketing or Science
- Flexiblity to travel nationally
