We are keen to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing Business Support team The role covers both temporary and permanent roles within customer service and administration across pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
This role offers an extremely high performing and fast paced desk with a great network of clients and candidates for you to take advantage of.
Working with a highly successful and supportive manager, you will work with existing clients but will also be expected to business develop in order to grow your client base.

- You have recruitment experience within agency, successfully partnering with clients and candidates to deliver results in a 360-recruitment role
- Degree qualified
- You have experience working within a fast paced environment and understand the importance of great speed to market
- Experience in recruiting temporary/contract roles would be advantageous
- You are highly motivated with a growth mindset and positive outlook
- You have a track record of repeat business, and candidates that will speak to your focus on customer service
- You are a team player who understands the big picture and benefit of sharing candidates and working collaboratively
