The Role:
  
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director you will coach, mentor and develop your team to achieve sales results, increase accounts and enhance the company’s footprint across the NSW & ACT market. You will lead the integration of separate teams into one high performing & cohesive unit, ensuring customers across all channels receive the highest quality of service and value is added at every touch point.





 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead team to maximise sales and achieve targets
  • Coach, mentor and develop your team
  • Oversee change management projects
  • Expand team by recruiting additional, high performing team members
  • Support team to identify new business opportunities & develop specific action plans
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with key customers & corporate accounts
  • Work cross-functionally with wider team
  • Attend trade shows

  • Displayed Sales Management expertise (healthcare ess.)
  • Superior account management capabilities
  • Proven sales coaching & mentoring capabilities
