Healthcare Professionals Group have partnered exclusively with this ground-breaking Healthcare organisation to identify a high calibre candidate for this newly created role of Regional Sales Manager.

With an upcoming product launch that is set to disrupt and truly make a difference across the Women’s Health landscape, they are seeking proactive, passionate and driven individuals to join their Commercial team.




The opportunity:


Reporting into the National Sales Manager, as the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing a newly created sales team across New South Wales and ACT.  You will play a crucial role in recruiting a high performing sales team and support on an upcoming product launch, working across GP and Specialty landscapes.  Your passion for collaboration across regional sales teams and the broader organisation are a hallmark of your leadership experience.  




Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading a new sales team across NSW & ACT

  • Oversee the implementation of launch strategies ensuring the team retains high standards of service & product knowledge

  • Responsible for exceeding sales targets and driving positive patient outcomes

  • Coaching responsibilities of additional teams

  • Develop in-depth relationships with targeted customers

  • Communicate clinical information & data; enabling customers to address unmet patient needs

  • Partner with Marketing, Medical & Training teams to continue to build a strong presence in the market




Your Skills & Background:

  • Proven recent Australian Pharmaceutical sales team leadership expertise

  • Superior coaching/mentoring experience

  • Proven ability to hold your team accountable

  • Passion for driving better Women’s Health outcomes

  • Proven ability to exceed KPIs and sales targets

  • Passion for communicating clinical information effectively

  • Existing relationships with Gynaecologists/Obstetricians adv.

  • Tertiary qualifications pref. Science, Nursing, Business

  • Flexible, adaptable, growth mindset, displayed learning agility
