About the Opportunity

Because of you, patients will access affordable, high-quality biosimilars, improving treatment options, healthcare sustainability & overall health outcomes.

This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead the strategic market development and commercialization of biosimilars. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving product awareness, create market presence and building a high-performing commercial team to accelerate adoption and growth.

A key focus of this role will be developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to ensure the successful launch and sustained success of biosimilar products. Additionally, you will lead market research initiatives, foster strong stakeholder relationships and provide strategic leadership to the sales team, contributing to the rapid expansion of this dynamic business unit.


Proven Skills & Experience Required
  • Market development of products within Australia’s pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Understanding of Australia's pharmaceutical, genetic, biosimilars and/or biologics market
  • Manage Product Launches & Lifecycle, with view to oversee market entry, positioning, pricing etc
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns, utilizing multi-channel strategies
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with a consultative and solution-based approach
  • Established market relationships, ideally within the therapeutic area of rheumatology  
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to drive business strategy
  • Flexibility to travel, including evenings and weekends, for industry events
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science, Medicine, Nursing, Business, or a related field. MBA highly regarded.
