The Role


As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting the relevant products and demonstrating clearly how the products work. You will work independently; covering your customer base across QLD to ensure strong relationships are created and maintained. You will be responsible for driving sales within your territory and increasing product awareness. You will contribute to exploring & acting on emerging opportunities to optimise the territory’s portfolio. This company will support you in ideas you may have that you would like to act on.



About you


We are looking for a Sales Specialist with a background in Life Sciences who can combine their prior knowledge and selling capabilities to produce financial results. The right candidate will have the following:
  • University Qualifications in Chemistry, Science or Life Sciences’
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Rep adv.
  • Laboratory experience advantageous
  • 'Hands on' Clinical Chemistry experience ideal
  • Exposure to Medical Diagnostic equipment
  • Proven ability to highlight business opportunities
  • Self-confidence, persistence, initiative, and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and gain trust
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
