The Role:

You will be responsible for spearheading the strategic direction of flagship Specialty products. You will drive the success of the Brand and lead the upcoming launch of a new Product. Key responsibilities include:
Champion brand strategy and promotional campaigns
Lead cross-functional teams to execute tactical plans and achieve growth objectives
Lead Product Launch with full strategic and tactical ownership
Conduct market research and monitor market development
Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses
Collaborate with internal teams to maximise marketing activities
Identify crucial market insights to drive strategy
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
Drive business development through specific projects
Monitor product performance and external environment
Skills & Experience
3-5 years relevant Marketing experience in Australian Pharmaceutical Market
Tactical and strategic expertise in brand management
Proven track record in successfully launching pharmaceutical products
Experience within OTC or FMCG, advantageous
Strong analytical skills and a highly commercial mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic landscape
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Superior stakeholder management skills
Experience working closely with Field Sales Teams
Professional approach aligned to openness, collaboration, and inclusivity
Strong passion for contributing to a vibrant and supportive work environment
