About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Portfolio lead, your role is responsible for implementing innovative and transformative brand strategies and tactics. You will directly contribute to an increase in market share and devise & implement strategies that will drive sales growth. In this role you will partner with the highly driven Sales team to drive outstanding business results for the market leading products within the Specialty portfolio. You will work on varied projects, interact with customers & KOLs to ensure campaigns & collateral are as impactful as possible.
 



Duties:

  • Develop & implement strategy, tactics and product innovation
  • Develop & implement effective marketing & brand plans
  • Develop & implement local launch strategies
  • Deliver marketing materials, programs, & actions that will support the Field Sales Team
  • Support in leading the Marketing Team along with the Portfolio lead
  • Partner with Sales teams to uncover patient needs



Skills and Experience:

  • Specialty Pharmaceutical Marketing experience ess.
  • Previous Pharmaceutical Sales experience adv.
  • Exposure to Diabetes & or Immunology portfolio adv.
  • Product launch experience adv. 
  • Tenacious and resilient mind set
  • Agile in learning approach
  • Collaborative & team player mentality
  • Robust forecasting skills
  • Strong analytics capabilities
  • Superior communication skills
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications
