About the opportunity
Reporting to the Business Unit Director, this growth-related, permanent, and full-time Senior Product Manager position is responsible for strategising, creating, executing, overseeing, and assessing marketing initiatives for innovative pharmaceutical products (Sydney based).



Responsibilities
  • Analyse market trends and competitor movements to shape growth opportunities.
  • Develop annual product plans grounded in customer insights and data-driven strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to gear up for upcoming product launches.
  • Drive forecasting and budgeting, ensuring targets align with business goals.
  • Set strategic marketing objectives and design campaigns to achieve them.
  • Conduct regular field visits and engage with stakeholders to strengthen brand relationships.

 
Skills & Experience required
  • Minimum 5 years in Pharma Marketing, Senior Product/ Brand Management
  • Proven track record in crafting and executing marketing strategies that drive product success with demonstrable achievements
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration for successful product launches.
  • Strong ability to analyse market data and shape growth-focused strategies.
  • Experienced in budget planning, forecasting, and managing promotional spend.
