About the opportunity This 6-month contract role offers a unique opportunity to join the Neurology team as a Senior Brand Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand success. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this full-time position provides flexibility, with work-from-home and office.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies and tactical plans.
Lead marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Sales, & Market Access.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, & challenges within the portfolio.
Manage budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HCPs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights & recommendations for optimisation.
Skills & Experience Required
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or Sciences, required.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical brand management, preferably in Specialty Care or Neurology.
Strong strategic thinking & analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in X-functional teams.
Familiarity with the Australian healthcare landscape, including PBS and TGA processes.
High level of organisation & ability to manage multiple priorities.
