About the Opportunity:
Because of you… patients will have access to cutting-edge aesthetic & medical treatment.
In this permanent and full time role, you'll be responsible for managing the customer base in New South Wales NSW to achieve sales targets and objectives. You'll independently handle sales activities for a diverse customer group, including high-end Beauty/Dermatology, Cosmetic GPs, Private Laser/Cosmetic clinics, Plastic Surgeons/Dermatologists, Tattoo clinics, and select Dental practices. Key responsibilities include monitoring competitors, identifying opportunities and risks in the territory, developing new customer acquisition strategies, and maintaining effective customer relationships. You'll also be accountable for efficiently executing the sales process, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction while optimising resource utilisation. When not in field WFH flexibility is extended.

Proven Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Medicine, Biology, Commerce, Marketing, or Optics
- 5+ years of medical device sales experience
- Proven clinical sales expertise
- Capital Equipment & Dermatology experience, highly regarded
- Proven experience utilising Salesforce
- Strong team player with a customer-focused approach
- Possesses commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in Mandarin, highly regarded
- NSW Driver’s License without driving restrictions
