About the opportunity A great opportunity sitting as part of the supply chain team and reporting to the Head of Supply Chain who is based in Sydney. You will be managing a Customer Service Manager, Inventory Manager and Warehouse and Logistics Manager in this role. This is a hands on role where you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. There is opportunity to improve current work processes and as this company is growing there will be many great projects to get involved in.
Duties
Manage 3-4 direct reports and around 20 indirect reports across Customer Service, Inventory and Warehouse
Relationship building both internally but also with clients with an opportunity to be client facing meeting with senior hospital stakeholders
Performing analytics and reporting for supply chain
Strategic planning for inventory and consignment stock
Engage with and manage distributors
Participate in operational and strategic planning
Skills and Experience
Experience in a supply chain/operations environment
Ideally experience within the pharmaceutical, medical or FMCG industries
Experience in managing leaders across Customer Service, Inventory and Warehouse
Ideally experience in managin consignment stock
Excellent stakeholder engagement experience
Strong experience in project management and continuous improvement
Analtyical skills
Experience in budget development
