As a Territory Manager based in Newcastle, you will be responsible for promoting an impressive range of Generic & Ethical products as well as OTC options to Pharmacy customers. The foundation of success in this role is based on maintaining and establishing strategic business relationships that drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include:
Promote product portfolio ethically and effectively
Develop and implement quarterly business plans
Strive to surpass sales targets for dispensary & OTC products
Provide high-level customer service
Identify opportunities for business growth
Demonstrate strong analytical & commercial skills
Collaborate effectively within the wider sales team
Skills & Experience
Background in Pharmacy: Pharmacist, Dispense Tech, Retail etc.
Territory management experience in Pharmacy, highly regarded
Understanding of Australia's dispensary channel, highly regarded
Proven ability to understand and meet KPIs or Store Targets
Tertiary qualifications in either a science/business discipline
Unrestricted Drivers License
