Dr. Glenn Carter established Healthcare Professional Group in 1997, recognising a market opportunity for a specialised recruitment agency dedicated to the healthcare sector. At that time, while various agencies focused on specific areas such as Sales, Clinical Research, Nursing, and Medical Professionals, there was no comprehensive approach that encompassed all aspects of healthcare recruitment. Dr. Carter's deep understanding of the sector and appreciation for the holistic nature of healthcare led to the creation of an organisation that provides recruitment services across a range of synergistic fields.

Throughout his career, Dr. Carter has successfully placed thousands of candidates into leading organisations, each placement delivering substantial value to patients. The candidates span the entire spectrum of healthcare, showcasing HPG’s comprehensive reach and expertise.

Dr. Carter’s academic background includes a medical degree, a PhD in Pathology, and an MBA. This extensive education informs his understanding of the healthcare, scientific, and commercial challenges faced by clients and candidates.
